The regulated off-exchange market comprises the transactions in linear bonds, split securities and Treasury certificates of the Belgian State in which a market member intervenes either for its own account or for third parties, except for the transactions in linear bonds carried out on the Brussels Stock Exchange, on the one hand, and transactions concluded outside the regulated market, on the other.

(1) Transactions registered in the clearing system of the NBB with the exception of open market transactions. This volume includes transactions from the regulated and non-regulated market.

(2) Links to the website of the Securities Regulation Fund : the Fund provides the public with information on its market (transparency) by publishing the reference interest rates and prices determined by it and the volumes recorded on the market. A constant-maturity yield curve is also calculated every day. On the basis of this yield curve, reference indices for variable-rate mortgage loans are monthly computed and published by the Fund.
